National, December 12, 2013: InterGlobe Enterprises, a leader in aviation, hospitality and travel-related services, today announced new leadership appointments for two of its strategic businesses. Anil Parashar has been appointed as the President and CEO of InterGlobe Technology Quotient (ITQ) and JB Singh will take over his new role as President and CEO of InterGlobe Hotels.

Before joining ITQ, Anil Parashar was the Group CFO for InterGlobe Enterprises and is a member of the Executive Committee. In his new role, Anil will be responsible for expanding and identifying key strategic opportunities for ITQ. He succeeds JB Singh, who held the position of President and CEO for ITQ. (ITQ is the official distributor of Travelport Galileo and Travelport Worldspan in India and Sri Lanka.)

Anil is credited with over 30 years of rich work experience, with leadership positions at Swiss Air, Associated Cement Company and Delhi Express Travels. He has been with InterGlobe Enterprises since the inception of the Company.

Speaking on the occasion, JB Singh said, “I am delighted with my new role as the CEO for InterGlobe Hotels. We are committed to growing this business aggressively in the next few years to meet our ambitious targets for the ibis brand in India.”

JB Singh holds a Management Degree from Oxford Brookes University, UK. With an experience of over 26 years in the aviation industry, he brings with him a rich knowledge pool, strong relationships in the industry and experience from various aviation organizations
