Kapil Bhatia is the Executive Chairman of InterGlobe Enterprises. He secured a strong foothold in the travel industry at an early stage by starting his career as the Sales Manager of an IATA agency. In 1964, he established Delhi Express Travels, which subsequently expanded into a group of travel-related organisations. He continued as the Managing Director of Delhi Express Travels for over 25 years.
The remarkable leadership and visionary guidance of Kapil have propelled InterGlobe Enterprises to achieve immense success as a conglomerate. He is an integral member of various industry associations. He held positions on the Board of Directors of Andhra Bank Ltd. and Punjab National Bank and has served as the Chairman of the Tourism and Aviation Committee of the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India.
GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR, INTERGLOBE ENTERPRISES
Rahul Bhatia is the Group Managing Director of InterGlobe Enterprises. He is also the Promoter and Managing Director of InterGlobe Aviation Limited (IndiGo), India's largest airline. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.
Rahul established InterGlobe in 1989 with its flagship business of Air Transport Management. With experience of over three decades in the travel industry, it is under his stewardship that InterGlobe has diversified its portfolio, which now includes Aviation (IndiGo), Hospitality, Logistics, Technology, Airline Management, Advanced Pilot Training and Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
In 2011, Rahul was recognized as the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ by Ernst & Young and also by The Economic Times. In the same year, he received ‘The Outstanding Start-Up’ award at the Forbes India Leadership Awards as well. In 2016, he was featured on the Forbes ‘Global Game Changers’ list.
Group Chief Executive Officer, InterGlobe Enterprises
Aditya is the Group Chief Executive Officer of InterGlobe Enterprises. He is responsible for shaping InterGlobe's strategic vision and growing its diverse businesses and corporate functions.
He has a diverse and multi-functional experience of over 25 years in strategic roles. Prior to InterGlobe, he served as the CFO of Udaan for 3 years, where he oversaw finances, governance, fund raising, business strategy, and growth. His diverse career also includes stints at IndiGo, GE, and Arthur Andersen, where he sharpened his financial skills and strategic thinking.
Aditya possesses extensive experience of collaborating with business partners, investors, and employees to drive business growth. Leveraging his proven leadership acumen, he fosters strong leadership throughout the organisation, ensuring each unit aligns with overarching strategic objectives and driving business performance.
Aditya holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce from the Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He serves on the Board of the Global Risk Management Institute, contributing to the field of risk management education.
Executive Director - Group Strategy and International Hospitality, InterGlobe Enterprises
Neena Gupta is the Executive Director-Group Strategy and International Hospitality for InterGlobe Enterprises. A member of the Leadership Team and the Executive Committee of the company, Neena serves on the board of several group companies. She is also an Independent Director on the Board of Vodafone Idea Limited.
For over a decade, Neena has led several strategic initiatives across InterGlobe’s businesses in various positions ranging from acquisition and restructuring of the global hospitality, IndiGo’s initial public offer, divestment of businesses, negotiating and managing crucial joint ventures, to strategic development of new business initiatives.
A management professional and a lawyer by training, Neena initially joined InterGlobe as its Group General Counsel in August 2008. Prior to that, Neena worked for over 9 years as an attorney with the top two national law firms, AZB & Partners and JSA.
Neena holds bachelor’s degrees in Law and History from the University of Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Human Resources from Fore School of Management, Delhi.
GROUP HEAD – HUMAN RESOURCES, INTERGLOBE ENTERPRISES
KS is the Group Head of Human Resources for InterGlobe Enterprises. He is an integral part of the leadership team and serves on the Executive Committee of InterGlobe Enterprises. He provides strategic and operational leadership to the Human Resources Function and is responsible for integrating HR practices throughout the organisation.
With an experience in Human Resources spanning over 30 years, KS brings in rich and varied experience from the aviation, hospitality, telecom, and manufacturing sectors. KS is an experienced thought leader and believes in the importance of coaching and mentoring for the development of business leaders. He has driven business results through innovative people strategies and fostering a strong learning culture in the organisation. He has successfully led various projects in Leadership Development, Culture Building, and Talent Management practices.
KS has previously held senior positions at The Oberoi Group, IndiGo, and Bharti Airtel. He was responsible for steering strategic and transformational HR, with a strong focus on execution.
KS holds a master’s degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, INTERGLOBE ENTERPRISES
Pankaj Madan is the Group Chief Financial Officer of InterGlobe Enterprises. He is a vital part of the leadership team and serves on the Executive Committee of InterGlobe Enterprises as well as on the board of various group companies.
Before his current role, Pankaj gathered over 27 years of industry experience as the CFO of prominent organisations such as IndiGo Airlines, Bharti Walmart, Cargill (Thailand), and Telstra (Singapore and India), where he was in charge of all facets of finance function, leading businesses amidst strong competition, and providing adept captainship to multifunctional and global teams.
Pankaj obtained his Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, MBA (Technology Management) from Deakin University in Australia, and LLB and B.Sc. (Physics) from Delhi University. Additionally, he has also attended several senior leadership executive programs at leading business schools worldwide.
CHAIRPERSON, INTERGLOBE FOUNDATION
Rohini Bhatia is the Chairperson of InterGlobe Foundation, the philanthropic arm of InterGlobe Group.
Under Rohini’s guidance, InterGlobe Foundation and IndiGo’s CSR have carried out some exemplary work in the fields of community development, heritage restoration & environment protection. She is especially passionate about heritage restoration and waste management and has led this work from the front. The restoration of Rahim’s tomb in New Delhi is one of the finest examples of her interest in this cause.
Rohini has a diploma in textile designing and also serves as a Director on the boards of several InterGlobe Group companies.
GROUP CHIEF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE OFFICER, INTERGLOBE ENTERPRISES
Alok Mehta is the Group Chief Governance Officer of InterGlobe Enterprises and its group companies. He has an extensive experience in corporate governance, finance, accounting, internal audit, post-merger integration and related areas.
He has served as the CFO of InterGlobe Hotels and Philips International. He was also the Controller for Middle East and Africa at Philips. Earlier, he was associated with Ernst & Young and Thapar Group.
PRESIDENT AND CEO, INTERGLOBE HOTELS
JB Singh is the President and CEO of InterGlobe Hotels (IGH). Under his leadership, IGH saw a pivotal change with deep cultural impact, which has translated into significant improvement in investment and operating benchmarks for the organization.
He has been an integral part of the InterGlobe group for more than a decade and has played a key role in various businesses. Before leading the charge at IGH, he was the President and CEO of InterGlobe Technology Quotient (ITQ), and now he is also actively driving the company’s logistics brand, MOVIN, a joint venture between UPS and InterGlobe Enterprises.
JB has an impressive industry experience of over 35 years in strategic roles across leading hotels, airlines, and distribution technology companies. Prior to InterGlobe, he worked with many travel establishments like Worldspan, Jet Airways, Scandinavian Airlines, and British Airways.
JB holds a Post Graduate BTEC diploma in Management from Oxford Brookes University, U.K. He is an astute planner, strategist, and implementer with demonstrated abilities of driving strategic interventions and accelerating growth. He also mentors and coaches start-ups and medium and large organizations, including a football team.
PRESIDENT AND CEO, INTERGLOBE AIR TRANSPORT
Siddhanta Sharma is the President and CEO of InterGlobe Air Transport (IGAT). He is responsible for all the strategic decisions with regards to the airline management business. Previously, he was the Executive Director of Corporate Affairs at InterGlobe Enterprises.
Siddhanta brings almost 40 years of cross-industry experience to the table and has been pivotal in setting up and leading various projects for Indian and transnational companies. Prior to joining InterGlobe, he served as the Executive Chairman of SpiceJet, Managing Director of Westmill Foods, India (a subsidiary of Associated British Foods PLC), and Country Head and Commercial Director of Allied Domecq Spirits & Wine India (a subsidiary of Allied Domecq PLC).
Siddhanta is a science graduate, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
GROUP GENERAL COUNSEL, INTERGLOBE ENTERPRISES
Christopher is the Group General Counsel at InterGlobe Enterprises. He is responsible for overseeing the legal function and plays a vital role in strategic legal matters that impact the various businesses of the group.
Christopher has over 24 years of rich experience in the field of law. Prior to joining InterGlobe, he headed the Corporate and M&A legal team at Mahindra & Mahindra. He has also worked for several years as an Indian advocate and an English solicitor, with leading law firms, including Trilegal, Jones Day and White & Case.
Christopher holds a master’s degree in Law (International Banking & Finance Law) from King’s College London and a bachelor’s degree in Law from Delhi University.
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT – CORPORATE AFFAIRS, INTERGLOBE ENTERPRISES
Ragini Chopra is the Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs for InterGlobe Enterprises. Her role involves further enhancing the image of the organization by establishing, strengthening, and managing its relationship with the public, key stakeholders (including government authorities and institutions), business and industry associations, media, embassies, and administrative bodies.
Ragini has over four decades of wide exposure and experience across the hospitality, travel, tourism, and aviation industries. She serves on various industry committees on tourism (India Initiatives) and civil aviation, including the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC), CII National Committee on Civil Aviation and Tourism, ASSOCHAM’s Expert Committee on Tourism and Civil Aviation, FICCI National Committee on Civil Aviation and Tourism and the Executive Committee of the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA).
Her experience spans several years at Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, in areas ranging from operations, sales, marketing, branding, business development, corporate communications and corporate affairs. She has also worked with Jet Airways, where her role involved image and brand reputation management and she was involved with the company’s strategic initiatives.
Director, MOVIN
Grégory Goba-Blé is the Director of MOVIN. His extensive expertise and strategic vision are instrumental in securing the long-term success of the business, driving MOVIN’s commitment towards excellence through innovation and technology-driven solutions. He is a member of the Executive Committee of InterGlobe Enterprises.
Grégory is a dynamic leader with an impressive tenure of 32 years at UPS. In addition to his current role as Director, MOVIN, he also oversees UPS Healthcare operations and is the Head of UPS in India. His deep understanding of operations and strategic insight have been instrumental in leading the company's growth strategy in the country. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President for UPS across expansive regions, including the Indian Subcontinent, Middle East, and Africa, where he focused on enhancing asset utilization and streamlining processes for market expansion and customer-centric solutions.
Gregory holds a bachelor's degree in Transport and Logistics Engineering and an Executive MBA from IMD Business School. He has also completed the Strategy Execution Program at INSEAD.
