Qualification:
Chartered Accountant
Experience:
a) Experience of 3-5 years in risk advisory/internal audit.
b) Experience in the hospitality sector and Big 4 audit firms preferred.

a) Conducting internal audits of InterGlobe Hotels as per discussion with the Senior Manager Corporate Governance and reporting of observations
b) Preparation of audit checklists/programmes, discussion notes, draft audit reports, and final audit reports.
c) Follow-up on the audit observations.
d) Assist in the annual Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), which involves analyzing risks, evaluating controls (including IFC testing), and mitigation plans.
e) Knowledge of identifying enterprise risks, KPIs, key risk indicators, etc.
f) Monitoring Enterprise Risks and policies to analyse and report on the same.
g) Managing regulatory compliance framework within the business units with respective functions through an online tool.
h) Meet with functional heads and key stakeholders monthly to understand the key risks.
i) Liaise with functional departments and key stakeholders to carry out and close audits
j) Assisting in creation of audit committee presentation
