Working as part of a small team within India Sales, you'll be accountable for providing full assistance to commercial partners, by delivering an exceptional customer-focused service. You'll work closely with your counterparts in our Global Sales Support teams, and other airlines to ensure a seamless service for our mutual customers.
a) Responding promptly to all account queries both internally and externally, by phone and email.
b) You will provide daily support to the India Corporate and Travel Agency customer base.
c) Liaising with various internal departments, Sales Managers and the Leadership Team to ensure a first contact resolution.
d) Apply experience and customer knowledge to achieve the best outcome for both the Corporate client, Travel Agency and VAA.
e) Supporting the Sales team with varying administrational duties. Managing several sales-related tasks simultaneously, for example coordinating familiarization trips and events.
f) Monitoring relevant communications, both internal and external, and implementing necessary actions.
g) Attending and contributing to regular sales meetings and feedback to colleagues.
h) You will work closely with Sales Managers to gain understanding of the strategy and focus of their accounts to adapt the approach accordingly.
i) Establish and develop relationships with varying levels of clientele. You will positively position the VAA Sales Team to promote accessible, efficient and experienced service at all times.
