CSTPL has the largest fleet of Simulators in India with its seventeen simulator bays, and thirteen simulators to provide over 72,000 training sessions every year.

CSTPL provides training to almost all major airlines in India. We leverage this network gaining valuable customer feedback to ensure that our programs remain cutting-edge and provide trainee pilots with an authentic learning experience that fully prepares them for taking their seat in the cockpit.

Instructors at CSTPL:

CSTPL employs instructors with robust flying experience, thereby ensuring our clients receive the most current and relevant expertise in their training. Our SFI's are ex-Captains and Examiners, approved by the DGCA, India under the civil aviation requirements to impart training on the aircraft and collectively boast more than 75,000 flying hours. We also have a pool of experienced ground instructors from IAF. CSTPL’s customer-centric approach also means that we are continually looking at newer ways to add value to the training programs. From integrating comprehensive computer-based training to discounted recurrent training packages and free simulator time for airlines to evaluate pilot skills for employment, CSTPL strives to give the best possible value for the customer’s investment.

We are recruiting Aircraft Maintenance Engineering students for simulator maintenance support and offering them advanced training like 5000 & 7000XR motion, visual & interface offshore & onshore.
