Key responsibility area for this role includes reviewing and supervising the entire portfolio of 28 operational hotels. covering Operating/P&L performance, property maintenance, ensuring implementation of strategic initiatives and interventions to improve performance and profitability.
Role also requires working on annual budgets, preparing regular forecasts/realistic estimates, maintaining database of financial and non-financial information, and working on the PR and Marketing plans for the hotels.
Incumbent shall be managing a team of Analysts/Managers (2-3) and will be working very closely with hotel GMs and Accor central team on a regular basis.
a) Regular performance reviews with GMs and HODs, Track KPI’s vs market performance, Create performance dashboards and MIS Presentations.
